Whisky Creation Director, Dr. Bill Lumsden, together with Master Blender Gillian Macdonald, have achieved an exceptional single malt by combining malts aged in bourbon casks with whisky finished in specially toasted oak casks to bring out vanilla flavors. The result is a whiskey that reaches a new level of indulgence, with notes of ripe peach, coconut and vanilla that evoke the finest desserts.
The pastel-hued case perfectly reflects the visual and sensory experience of a premium ice cream parlor, with colors and textures that anticipate an explosion of decadent flavors.
Color: Warm, bright bronze.
Aroma: A burst of manuka honey, followed by lemony butterscotch, freshly baked raisin bread, candied orange peel, ripe peaches and hints of toffee and spice. With water, notes of crème anglaise, coconut and a subtle hint of almond marzipan emerge.
