This wine is characterized by its meticulous production process, which includes a skin maceration and careful pressing, followed by cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged for 4 months in concrete tanks, remaining with its lees, which enriches its texture and complexity. The average age of the vineyards is 58 years, located in clay-limestone soils that contribute to the quality of the product. In tasting, one can appreciate a medium-layered golden color. On the nose, aromas of fresh green fruit, such as pear and apple, are detected, with a background of stone fruit, like nectarine, complemented by floral touches and a salty finish.
