Audentia Reserva 2019 is a Reserva red wine from the D.O.P. Valencia, crafted by Bodegas Murviedro. This product expresses a commitment to quality and respect for the winemaking tradition of the region. Focusing on selecting the best grapes from each variety, winemaking is carried out carefully, starting with meticulous de-stemming and gentle crushing of the grapes. Fermentations occur in stainless steel tanks, where prolonged maceration with the skins takes place, using selected yeasts to ensure the wine's quality. Fermentation begins slowly, maintaining temperatures between 10 to 12°C, culminating in a final fermentation that reaches between 25 to 26°C. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and blending, followed by a minimum aging of one year in new American oak barrels. Sensorially, Audentia Reserva 2019 displays an attractive ruby red color with brick highlights. Its aroma is mature and smooth, featuring elegant notes of stewed fruit intertwined with balsamic nuances like vanilla, tobacco, and cocoa. On the palate, it is broad, round, and unctuous, marked by good structure, promising a long life in the bottle.
