Following the traditional system of Criaderas and Solera, Lepanto PX ages for more than 12 years in American oak casks that have previously served to make Sherry wine, Uncle Pepe and three more years in boots where they rested our old odorous wines
Old smelly Lepanto is of bright light mahogany color with wide iodized flashes of its edging. Elegant and fine nose, with floral memories, caramel, raisins, chocolate, ripe plums and an enveloping honey and smoked notes. Serious taste, very dry and of great structure in the mouth, with toasted notes and dried fruits of the wood, with soft tannins and a long solid and concentrated finish. Exceptional.
