Viñedos de Labastida is a selection of 14.35 hectares divided into 33 plots that illustrate the peculiarities of the municipality, known for its wines with great cultural and historical tradition. Cultivated on limestone terraces with clay-limestone soils, these vineyards stretch from the banks of the Ebro River to altitudes around 710 meters. The resulting wines are expressive and aromatic, with aromas of red fruits and subtle floral notes that fill the mouth with precise freshness and a vertical character. The 2021 vintage stands out for its mild temperatures and concentrated rainfall during the winter, promoting significant budding. Despite the summer drought that caused water stress, the rains in September allowed for adequate ripening. This effort resulted in a selective and gradual harvest, giving excellent quality to a vintage that, while challenging, turned out to be abundant and satisfactory for the winemakers.
