Llopart Brut Nature Reserva is a sparkling wine made by Llopart with Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada.

Llopart is a family winery with a long winemaking tradition. The transfer of the vineyards to Bernat Lopart, now Heredad Can Llopart, is documented as early as 1385. However, it was in 1887 that the first bottle of sparkling wine was bottled on the family farm in Subirats.

LLopart uses the traditional champennoise method for all sparkling wines and strives for excellence in all products. After being harvested by hand, each variety is vinified separately. Once fermentation is complete, the four varieties are blended and fermented with yeast and sugar for a second fermentation in the bottle. After a minimum of 36 months of storage, the wine is disgorged without the addition of expedition liqueur.

Tasting Notes of Llopart Brut Nature Reserva

Very light pale yellow. Fine, well-integrated bubbles.

Transparent and clean, with a perfect balance between white and citrus nuances, complemented with soft toasted and creamy notes from long ageing.
