Maduresa is a high-quality red wine produced by Celler del Roure, a family winery with over 25 years of tradition in Moixent, within the Protected Designation of Origin (DOP) Valencia. This wine stands out for its blend of native varieties, which gives it a unique elegance and a clear expression of the Mediterranean terroir. The vineyards, cultivated organically and located at 550-600 meters above sea level, have calcareous and sandy soils, with ages ranging from 20 to 40 years. Harvesting is done manually in 15 kg boxes, followed by a careful selection on the table after partial de-stemming. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with a maceration lasting about 15 days. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels of different sizes, where the wine matures for 12 months. On tasting, Maduresa Celler Del Roure presents an intense cherry color, clean and bright. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe red fruit along with spicy notes of black pepper and nutmeg. The aging in wood also adds delicate and creamy notes, accompanied by a mineral touch. On the palate, it is powerful and tasty, with mature tannins and a silky texture that does not sacrifice freshness, leaving a persistent finish that invites further enjoyment of its richness.
