This wine is a Tempranillo monovarietal (100%). The grapes come from a vineyard of 180 hectares located at an altitude of 850 meters. As for the elaboration, a fermentation in stainless steel tanks was carried out during 10-14 days at a fermentation temperature of 28 º C. Finally, this wine has been aged for 18 months in American and French oak casks.

Matarromera Reserva is an intense cardinal coloured wine with purple edgings. Very covered in layer, clean and shiny.
In the nose it is presented as a frank wine, elegant and very complex, dominating very ripe black fruits from the BlackBerry and BlackBerry range, red fruits from the strawberry and currant range, in harmony with aromas coming from their permanence in the cask, highlighting the spices aromas Cinnamon, vanilla, coffee, liquorice, black chocolate, leather, cocoa and roasted.
