MEZCAL Los Danzantes Joven is a mezcal made with a special selection of agave from the valley of Oaxaca. Baked in conical oven under ground of Pebble Stone, with firewood of mesquite. Ground in Chilean Tahona pulled by horse. Fermented in pine tubs, slowly and naturally (without accelerators) and with classical music as aid to the cycle of the microorganisms, and double distilled in copper stills.
MEZCAL Los Danzantes Young is colorless.
Balanced and friendly smells in green herbs and maguey cooked with light notes of acetone.
Refined, light but pointed flavors in herbs and citrus, giving way to sweet tones and a persistent finish in the mouth of flavours of the cooked agave and the fumes of the mesquite.
Round as it is well balanced in the different parts of the mouth. It shows everything, it is a compliment of smells with flavors.
