The fermentation has been carried out in concrete tanks of 15,000 kg capacity, with temperature control, to avoid exceeding 24 degrees, thus maintaining the fruit and the freshness that characterizes this wine. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in French oak casks. This wine has not been filtered or clarified following aggressive methods, to preserve its natural characteristics.
