The Rogue is a young author's wine born of biodynamic viticulture and absolute respect for nature. With this wine, the Matsu collection has been completed, which has been surprising to combine power and softness. The rogue continues with the homage to the winegrowers who have dedicated their lives to the countryside. He embodies the younger generation and combines the characteristics of the character he represents, a strong, courageous, shameless and uncontrollable young man.
The fermentation has been carried out in concrete tanks of 15,000 kg capacity, with temperature control, to avoid exceeding 24 degrees, thus maintaining the fruit and the freshness that characterizes this wine. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in French oak casks. This wine has not been filtered or clarified following aggressive methods, to preserve its natural characteristics.
It came with great cloak and bruised color, denoting its youth.
It has an intense aroma in which black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries stand out, dominating the red fruits and the mineral notes that also appear, giving rise to a fresh but complex wine.
