Melior Roble is a young wine made to 100% with Tempranillo grapes by the Matarromera winery, located in the heart of Ribera del Duero. This winery has its semi-buried naves on the northern slope of the Duero Valley, with beautiful views that dominate the entire valley, in the municipality of Valbuena de Duero, in Valladolid. It has a great technology for the elaboration of the best quality reds. It has temperature control and the tanks and equipment are stainless steel, its processing capacity is 650,000 liters.
Melior Oak shows the nose an aroma of wood dyes, sweet spices and ripe fruit. The palate is flavored, tasty, with marked tannins of toasted oak. It has a voluminous and intense body and at the same time cheerful and fresh, subject to an excellent level of tannins.
