From a single plot of white limestone soil. Macerated with the skins before fermentation and aged in 700 litre barrels with its own lees for 9 months.

NOSE: Expressive nose with notes of orange, stone fruits and quince.
MOUTH: Elegant and enveloping on the palate, good acidity and long finish. Aromas of yellow fruit and sweet notes of coconut and honey in balance with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
