Michel Noëllat Vosne Romanée 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts is a red wine made from Pinot Noir by Domaine Michel Noëllat in Burgundy.
The Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru Les Beaux Monts is made from a 1.70 hectare plot of Pinot Noir, whose vineyard is 70 years old. The grapes are completely destemmed and the grapes undergo a cold pre-fermentation phase of 3 to 5 days. Fermentation lasts 18 to 20 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in barrels, 50% of which are new, for 14 to 15 months.
Domaine Michel Noëllat is a winery in the hands of the 5th generation of the family, the brothers Alain and Jean-Marc Noëllat. It is located in the village of Vosne-Romanée. A village of great reputation and one of the most important wine villages in France; more than 80% of the wines produced in the Côte de Nuits are reds, and 24 of the 33 Grand Crus of Burgundy are found here.

Nose: Aromas of toffee, black fruits and vanilla.
