Michel Noëllat Vosne Romanée 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts 2020 is an elegant red wine known for its careful production from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Burgundy. This wine comes from a 1.7-hectare vineyard that is an impressive 70 years old. Harvesting is done with a meticulous whole-cluster pressing process, followed by a cold pre-fermentation phase lasting 3 to 5 days. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks over a period of 18 to 20 days, allowing the flavors and aromas to develop optimally.
