This single-varietal wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown on clay-calcareous loam soils that give the wine its uniqueness.
Miranda d'Espiells is made from the flower must of Chardonnay grapes, fermenting in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the freshness and varietal aromas. The wine then matures in the bottle, which gives it balance and elegance.
Appearance: It has a clean and bright golden colour, reflecting its youth and purity.
Nose: It offers a complex aromatic expression, highlighting notes of ripe white fruit on a citrus background. Tropical nuances are also perceived, such as pineapple, and Mediterranean touches reminiscent of fennel.
