The white wine Mar de Frades Finca Monteveiga is a monovarietal Albariño from the Rías Baixas DO. It comes from vineyards located 160 meters above sea level in Ribera del Ulla, characterized by a predominantly schist soil and high altitude that promote freshness and the wine's aging potential. The harvest is done by hand, ensuring careful selection. The must is macerated with its lees in Ganimedes tanks for five days, protected with CO2 and without added sulfites. It is then fermented with native yeasts to develop its aromatic complexity. This wine is notable for its great aromatic diversity, showing a lemon color with silvery highlights and notes of ripe fruit complemented by fresh mint and eucalyptus. On the palate, it offers well-integrated acidity, a balanced structure, and a long finish that leaves a memorable impression.
