Muga El Andén de la Estacion 2021 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Muga in the prestigious D.O.Ca. Rioja.
This wine is a blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha, grown in vineyards located in the coolest area of Rioja Alta. It is aged for 14 months in oak barrels, made in the winery's own cooperage, giving it a unique personality.
Appearance: It has an intense cherry red color with purple reflections and a medium depth.
Aroma: The nose is very expressive, dominated by aromas of red fruit, with notes of berries and strawberries. Balsamic notes reminiscent of licorice are also perceived, as well as subtle hints of toast and vanilla.
Taste: The palate is notable for its smoothness and sweet tannins. It has a well-balanced acidity and round tannins, with a long finish that leaves very persistent sensations of ripe fruit.
