Murviedro Cava Brut Organic is a cava elaborated with the Macabeo and Chardonnay varieties of the vineyards located in the midday zone of the municipality of Requena, where there are the highest quality soils and more hours of sunshine for a good maturation.
Selection of grapes from the Macabeo variety and harvested at the beginning of September. Cold maceration on Pneumatic press. Fermentation at 14 º C in stainless steel tanks. In January the circulation is carried out, going to ferment in bottle. The Cava is kept in rhyme for a minimum of eleven months.
Murviedro Cava Brut Organic is thick foam and fine bubble and well integrated. Colour: Pale yellow with green reflections. Aroma with a fresh fruit character, and a little floral under a breeding ground the lees. Full flavor, with a creamy feeling, well balanced, with a very long citrus finish. Well-integrated carbon dioxide.
