Harvest takes place in early September, after which the grapes undergo a cold maceration process in pneumatic press. The initial fermentation occurs at 14ºC in stainless steel tanks, and in January of the following year, the tirage is done, initiating bottle fermentation. This cava is kept on lees for a minimum of 11 months, which gives it unique characteristics in flavor and texture. Tasting notes highlight its dense foam and fine bubbles, as well as a pale yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, it presents a fresh fruit aroma and a floral touch, with a background of aging on lees.
