Discover the absolute exclusivity of Néctar de Farruche Tinto Dulce , an authentic oenological jewel masterfully crafted by the Corrales Espinosa Family Wines winery under the protection of the prestigious D.O. Valdepeñas.
This natural sweet red wine is the direct result of a meticulous and exhaustive selection of grapes from old Tempranillo vines, aged between 40 and 70 years. Cultivated in strict dryland conditions on unique quartzitic terrains of volcanic origin and clay-limestone profile soils, these historic vines offer extremely low yields (barely 700 grams per plant), thus guaranteeing a concentration of aromas and a truly exceptional quality.
The magic of this premium wine begins in the vineyard itself with a careful manual harvest, selecting the clusters berry by berry. Subsequently, it undergoes cold maceration at 2ºC for five days. This delicate technical process allows for a slight natural raisining of the grape, concentrating its residual sugars without losing the characteristic acidity and freshness of the variety. After a controlled alcoholic fermentation, the wine rests and refines for 3 months in new American and French oak barrels, acquiring an incomparable aromatic complexity and very elegant toasted notes. With a production strictly limited to just 1,500 bottles in 50cl format, Néctar de Farruche firmly positions itself as a luxury and highly exclusive product, ideal for collectors, sommeliers, and very demanding palates.
Appearance: Intense cherry red with violet rims. Nose: Fragrant aromas of strawberry jam, cherry, black licorice, cocoa, nutmeg, and marzipan. Mouth: Sweet and enveloping entry, fresh acidity that balances the sweetness, long and persistent finish. ABV: 15.2%.
Old Vines: Tempranillo 40-70 years old in volcanic and clay-limestone soils.
Artisanal Crafting: Cold maceration for natural raisining and 3 months in new oak.
Exclusivity: Very limited production of approximately 1,500 bottles (50cl format).
Perfect Balance: Masterfully compensated natural sweetness with fresh and lively acidity.
Serve between 10ºC and 14ºC in a dessert wine or tulip glass. Ideal to accompany seared foie gras, blue and cured cheeses, intense stews such as oxtail, and dark chocolate-based desserts (coulant, brownie) or cheesecake.
