Mustiguillo is a family winery located in the Valencian highlands, in the El Terrerazo estate. It is a single vineyard of 87 hectares in the municipality of Utiel
The hallmarks of the project are a 100% organic farming, and a commitment to the value of preserving the flora and fauna of the environment. But the key element that defines the project is the Bobal variety. A native grape of Utiel-Requena that is characterized by its high productivity (many clusters and large size), high levels of acidity and many polyphenols.

Today Mustiguillo is among the 100 most interesting wineries in the world being the only representative, of Levante wines, among the four Spanish wineries chosen by the prestigious American magazine Wine&Spirits.
