From exclusively Nebbiolo vineyards and Guyot training system with about 5000 vines per hectare. Once in the cellar, after a long maceration with daily pumping over and fermentation at a controlled and constant temperature in stainless steel tanks.
The nose is persistent, with notes of fruit typical of this wine, such as strawberry and raspberry on a background of eucalyptus, juniper, tobacco, iron and tar.
In the mouth it is rustic and thick, persistent, with a light tannin (typical of the variety) very rounded by the wood. Persistent and stimulating finish.
