The red wine Pissarres is a distinctive product of Bodega Costers del Priorat, made with a meticulous selection of Garnacha and Cariñena vineyards, complemented by a small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards, with an average age of 70 years, are located on licorella slate terraces, which gives the wine its characteristic mineral flavor, harmonizing fruit and vegetal freshness. Vinification is carried out separately in stainless steel tanks and cement vats to maximize the expressive potential of each variety. The wine then ages for 12 months in French oak barrels.
