This wine originates from a small Viognier vineyard in the Páramo de Valladolid, capturing the essence of the variety to create an aromatic wine with interesting volume and weight. Its fermentation process begins spontaneously, partially in stainless steel and in 300-liter barrels, allowing a 6-month aging that adds complexity to the wine's profile.
