Ramon Bilbao Viñedos Altura 2021 is a red wine from the recognized Rioja denomination of origin. Made from an equal blend of 50% Tempranillo and 50% Garnacha, this wine undergoes a 15-month aging process in 222 barrels, resulting in a total of 57,308 bottles of 75 cl and 4,000 magnum bottles. It showcases an intense cherry color with violet edges and a marked, well-colored tears. On the nose, it reveals a fresh and clear varietal expression, with notes of lactic strawberry and floral hints alongside touches of black and red fruit. On the palate, it offers a vigorous and juicy entry, distinguished by its silky texture and notable volume. Raspberry sensations and notes of cocoa and vanilla are perceived, with a velvety and long finish, leaving delicate toasted memories.
