Sourced from the Mas Alsera estate in Torroja and Sant Martí in Bellmunt, this wine reflects the essence of Priorat, from its rugged center to the warm southern part of the region.
Crafted through artisanal winemaking, including manual grape selection and the use of indigenous yeasts, each variety is vinified separately to capture its full potential. Aging in Slavonian oak foudres and amphorae adds complexity and character.
Appearance: Deep ruby red with violet hues, medium-high intensity.
Nose: Ripe red and black fruit, Mediterranean herbs, graphite, and pronounced minerality.
Palate: Silky, structured, vibrant acidity, polished tannins, and a long, persistent finish.
Extreme terroir: Old vines on llicorella (slate) soils in DOQ Priorat.
Artisanal aging: 12 months in Slavonian oak foudres and clay amphorae to preserve purity.
