Rock Angel 2020 is part of the prestigious rosé collection from Château d’Esclans, led by the renowned winemaker Sacha Lichine. This wine stands out for its purity and elegance, upholding the high-quality tradition established by its predecessors at the winery. The fruits used are carefully selected, consisting of garnacha and vermentino grapes from La Motte in the Provence region. Harvesting is done in the early hours of the day to ensure the product's freshness. Only the must from the first gentle pressing, performed at low temperatures to avoid oxidation, is vinified. This process takes place in stainless-steel tanks and 600-liter barrels, contributing to the wine's complexity. Upon tasting, it reveals a pale pink hue, with aromas of peach, nectarine, and floral notes such as rose and tulip, along with a citrus touch of mandarin.
