Inspired by the legends and Mysteries of Mexico, the Mexican people start the search for a drink that will faithfully represent their customs, their culture and their passion for their land. Mezcal Los Siete Misterios is the result of this search, born in Sola de Vega, Oaxaca in 2010.
Siete Misterios Doba Yej is crystalline and luminous, with silvery nuances and a powerful body. Develop a light pearl.
Citrus aromas of yellow lemon, green lemon, grapefruit, delicate smoky gleams and yellow apple. Floral shades of violets and delicate sweet notes of cooked agave and toasted caramel.
A medium, with great permanence in the mouth, confirms its citrus notes, with a sweet end. It tends to improve with the air and develops its sweet and floral potency.
