Tantum Ergo Vintage is a cava Made by Bodegas Hispano Suizas. It is only made in extraordinary vintages, where the grape obtains its optimum maturity and very good sanitary condition. The 2010 is the first vintage that the wineries produce, with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The elaboration in barrels of 400 liters of American Oak gives to the base wine a richness in aromas. Then with the fermentation in bottle and its passage of more than 40 months in rhyme, one obtains a cava of great expression, that nothing has to envy to great champagnes.
