Tarima 2024 is a red wine from the Alicante denomination of origin, produced by Bodegas Volver, characterized by its 100% Monastrell grape production, native to the region. The grapes come from vineyards planted in calcareous soils at 640 meters elevation, with an average age of 25 to 30 years. Harvesting is done manually to ensure the selected grapes are of the best quality. The wine is aged for 6 months in American oak barrels, giving it unique complexity and elegance. On tasting, Tarima reveals an aromatic profile with predominant notes of licorice and chocolate, complemented by a subtle herbal background and floral hints. Perfect for pairing with red meats, stews, and aged cheeses.
