It is a wine with a variety of 100% Mencía, from almost centenarian vines planted on slopes of difficult mechanical access at about 600-800 meters above sea level.

It is then aged for 14-16 months in French oak barrels. Finally, it is bottled without filtering or clarified, so it is common to find grounds.
Tasting note of Tilenus Pagos de Posada TintoThe vintage 2014 was characterized by the influence of the Atlantic climate and was classified with a very good score. It has an intense ruby-red color with slight mahogany reflections. On the nose we find red fruit, undergrowth and smoked. It is a very fresh and elegant wine.
