This white wine stands out for its extremely limited production and contemporary interpretation of the Laguardia terroir. The grapes, primarily Viura, are cultivated in clay-limestone soils, concentrating the essence of the Rioja landscape. The production combines traditional and modern methods, with fermentation and aging for one year in French oak barrels and concrete tanks. On the palate, Ukan Blanco offers freshness and vivacity, with a creamy texture and persistent mineral character. Its aroma combines notes of white fruits, citrus, and spices, providing a complex and elegant experience.
