Vega Libre Rosé is a rosé wine of the Utiel-Requena appellation of origin. Elaboration selection of the grape, gentle squeezing and brief maceration with the skin. Obtaining of the flower must by gravity and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16 º C, using selected yeasts.
Ideal combination to accompany all kinds of dishes, especially rice, pasta and fish, as well as dishes from Oriental cuisines.
Temperature service 6-8 º C.
