Venerable PX VORS 50cl is a brandy of the appellation of Origin Jerez-Xérès-Sherry elaborated by THE group Osborne in the region of Andalucia. Elaborated with Pedro Ximénez grapes that are left to oil for their raisins, they are then pressed and their fermentation is paralyzed by the addition of pure wine alcohol.
Its solera was founded in the year 1902. It spends several decades of aging in oak Boot following the system of Soleras.
Venerable PX VORS 50cl is very dark mahogany color, welted of iodized tones that lets you notice its high density.
On the nose it has deep and sweet aromas of raisins and roasted, with a complex background of parenting that give way to a taste of toast and a pleasant sweetness.
In the mouth it is wide, soft and the end is long and persistent, with elegant bitter tones in the post-taste.
