Viña Dammis Confidencial is an exceptional white wine crafted in the Denomination of Origin Rueda. This wine is conceived as a unique and radically different project within the realm of Verdejo. Through an extremely limited artisanal creation, it breaks away from the usual times and conventions, resulting in a wine of deep and intimate character. Made exclusively from free-run juice, Confidencial is produced without machinery or technical intervention, respecting the wine's natural silence. Fermentation and aging take place in French oak barrels, buried underground for sixteen months, allowing nature to dictate its own pace. Each bottle has been buried two meters deep, where it has remained in absolute darkness, giving the wine a unique dimension that enhances its stability and aromatic depth. With only 224 numbered bottles available, this Verdejo is an unreproducible piece intended for collectors and lovers of singular wines. In the tasting note, its clear and bright golden-yellow color is highlighted. On the nose, it presents complexity with aromas of ripe white fruit, hay, dried herbs, and balsamic notes.
