Viña Zorzal Sea of Dreams Tinto is an exceptional wine made from Garnacha grown in the Corral de los Altos in Fitero, Navarra. This vineyard, planted in 1978, offers clay-limestone soils that, along with the influence of the Cierzo wind, provide a distinctive freshness to the wine. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks with native yeasts and 30% stems, and ages for 9 months in used 500-liter French oak barrels. The result is a wine that stands out for its fluid and fresh character, reflecting the potential of the region's old vineyards. Aromas of red fruits, spices, and a subtle mineral background emerge on the nose, while on the palate it offers vibrant acidity and silky tannins. It is recommended to serve between 14°C and 16°C to maximize its qualities. It pairs perfectly with white meats, charcuterie, pasta, and semi-cured cheeses.
