Viña Zorzal Sea of Dreams Tinto is a genuine expression of Atlantic Garnacha, produced through the collaborative effort of the Navarre winery Viña Zorzal and Ben Henshaw of Indigo Wines. The grapes come from select vineyards in Corral de los Altos, planted in 1978. This location, characterized by clay-limestone soils and pebbles, contributes to the wine's freshness and tension and benefits from the constant Cierzo wind. With a focus on minimal intervention, the grapes ferment with native yeasts in concrete tanks and age for 9 months in used French oak barrels. The wine presents a pale cherry red color with intense aromas of wild red fruits, spices, and a mineral background. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with silky tannins and a lasting finish. It is perfect for those who appreciate fresh and characterful reds, making it ideal for pairing with white meats, charcuterie, pasta dishes, and cheeses. Serve between 14°C and 16°C to enhance its qualities.
