ZARIHS Syrah By Borsao is the new red WINE of Bodegas Borsao belonging to the appellation of Origin Campo de Borja and is elaborated 100% with Syrah.
It is a monovarietal grape Syrah produced by Australian winemaker Chris Ringland and local winemaker José Luis Chueca.
Its creators are very pleased to have obtained a wine with characteristics marked by the pleasant acidity of the Syrah, to which they feel great the effects of cierzo in favoring the maturity of the grapes. For a long time, the Syrah Borgia has shown that it is a luxury couple of the garnachas in the area, which brings elegance and lending.
The wine was aged for 12 months in American oak casks.
Suggestive purple color with opaque shades when emptied in the cup. The aromas of blackberries and flowers that appear in a first olfactory inspection are wrapped by elegant shades of vanilla, chocolates and smoked notes. Blackberries and dry black plums dominate the wine tasting, which slides through the mouth with unctuosity and without any kind of tannins. Letting it open, the wine will surprise us with surprises in the form of floral memories, balsamics and fruit compotes.
