Yellow-green in color, this oil is dense and full-bodied, with an aroma evoking fresh green fruits including notes of tomato, grass, apple, and artichoke. The taste is almond-bitter, slightly spicy, and finishes sweet and smooth. The nutritional information per 100 g is 3700 kj/900 kcal, with a total fat content of 100 g, of which 13 g are saturated.
