De Ranke Pere Nöel is a Christmas beer with the addition of licorice in its brewing process
Belgian seasonal craft beer, 7% alcohol, top fermented with secondary fermentation in bottle. Brouwerij De Ranke endows the products with extra hops. Père Noël shows a nice clean dark golden color that becomes cloudy when pouring the sediment from the bottom of the bottle. Its white foam remains firm in the glass for a long time. Good floral and green wood aromas, fresh and light, float on a background of ripe fruit - grape, apricot - garnished with alcohol.
