Special Belgian beer, 10.5% alcohol, top-fermented with a second fermentation in the bottle.

With a dark and creamy foam, it presents a range of wild aromas in which the toasting of the malt dominates.
A balanced, deep and broad flavor, where the remaining sweetness of the must needed to obtain the alcoholic degree mixes with the bitterness of the hops used. Its high alcohol content and white bottle ensure maturation in the cellar for many years.
It is a tasting beer that pairs very well with roasted and stewed meat dishes, big game, stewed lamb, and aged, strong, and blue cheeses.
