Directions for use

As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, mix one dose of 30 grams (2 level scoops) with 250 ml of water or skimmed milk and preferably take after training. Use a blender to mix and consume immediately. To change the consistency of the shake, increase or decrease the amount of water or milk used for preparation.
