Compared to normal red peppers, they are much better and of high quality thanks to their extreme sweetness that contrasts with acidic and bitter notes. We recommend eating the glass pepper as it is, alone on a plate or with a touch of heat to bring it to room temperature. You can also choose to combine it with high-quality tuna belly, cooked white asparagus, or even with chopped egg and a few drops of vinegar.
