La Trucha 2021 is a white wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas, made entirely from Albariño grapes. This winery, Finca Garabelos, has a long family tradition, meticulously caring for its vineyards since 1837. This wine is produced without aging, ensuring all the fresh and fruity characteristics of the grape are preserved. The grapes are hand-picked and processed in 16 kg boxes to maintain fruit quality. The fermentation process occurs in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to highlight the aroma.
