Artadi Valdegines, made with Tempranillo from a single plot, is a terroir wine and perfectly structured.
Artadi Winery and Vineyards is a winery with a lot of history linked to memory, far from industrialization and mass production, based on passion and respect for the vineyard. At the end of 2015, and to continue with total freedom under these premises, they decided to leave the D.O. (designation of origin).
Artadi Valdegines is a single-varietal Tempranillo wine. The grapes are vinified in open tanks with cold maceration for 24-48 hours and fermentation for 10-12 days with two daily punch-downs and a small pumping-over.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Artadi Valdegines is ideal to accompany small game, roasted red meats, and venison. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
