Luis Cañas Crianza is an exceptional red wine that stands out for its balanced blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Garnacha, giving it a fruity character. Founded in 1970 by Luis Cañas and continued by his son Juan Luis from 1989, the winery has committed to producing high-quality wines. This wine reflects familial passion and comes from vineyards averaging 30 years old, ensuring excellent grape quality. After being harvested, the grapes ferment at controlled temperature for 20 days. Aging takes place in oak barrels, with 70% French and 30% American, for 12 months, followed by a 9-month rest in bottle. Luis Cañas Crianza presents a ruby red color and shows balsamic notes alongside fine wood aromas. On the palate, it is smooth and velvety, incorporating red fruits like raspberries and cherries, ideal to pair with cold cuts, red meats, or spiced dishes, recommended to serve between 16 and 18ºC.
