Pinna Fidelis Roble 2020 is an ideal wine to enjoy on a daily basis, with excellent quality-price ratio.
The philosophy of Pinna Fidelis is based on blending perfect harmony with traditional winemaking and an innovative production method, with the aim of adapting to the tastes of modern and quality wine consumers.
Pinna Fidelis Roble 2020 is made with 100% Tinta del País grapes. Once the grapes are selected, the wines macerate for 25 days in order to extract the full concentration of the grapes and to round and refine the tannins.
Aging takes place in selected American oak barrels from the best forests, where the wine remains for 6 months. During its time in the barrel, the barrels are topped up and racked during the spring. Finally, the wine is clarified with egg whites and bottled.
Pinna Fidelis Roble is ideal to accompany lamb stews, beef, red meats, and cheeses.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC.
