Pinna Fidelis Roble 2020 is a red wine made from 100% Tinta del País grapes, blending tradition and innovation in its production process. During production, the grapes are carefully selected and macerate for 25 days, extracting concentration and rounding the tannin. This wine ages for 6 months in selected American oak barrels, imparting its unique character. The tasting note reveals a deep cherry red color with violet hues and intense aromas of fresh red fruit, such as strawberry and raspberry, with a background of wood, spices, and slight toasted notes. On the palate, Pinna Fidelis Roble offers rounded tannins providing excellent finesse and persistence, balanced with perfect acidity.
