Remírez de Ganuza Reserve 2014 is a wine made with the grape varieties Tempranillo (85%), Graciano (10%), Viura Skins, and Malvasia (5%).
The Remírez de Ganuza winery, with its founder Bodegas Remírez de Ganuza at the helm, seeks constant innovation and the application of new techniques to improve the quality in wine production.
Remírez de Ganuza Reserva 2014 is a blend of 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 5% Viura and Malvasía grape skins. Temperature controlled prior to fermentation in specially designed refrigeration chambers for a period of 24 hours (at between 4 and 6ºC). Grape selection on the sorting table. Destemmed grape shoulders. Fermentation in 7000-liter French oak vats. Malolactic fermentation in new barrels.
Aged for 27 months in oak barrels (95% French and 5% American).
Remírez de Ganuza Reserva is ideal to accompany red meats, game, and roasted pork. It is recommended to decant before consuming and serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
