Mark: Bodegas Vivanco

Net weight:

Vivanco Crianza is a red wine made primarily with Tempranillo, complemented by Maturana tinta and Graciano. With 16 months of aging in oak, it offers a perfect balance.
Vivanco Crianza is an exceptional red wine that reflects the distinctive style of Bodegas Dinastía Vivanco. Predominantly made from Tempranillo, this wine also incorporates 2% Maturana tinta and 3% Graciano. Grown in the select vineyards of Briones, Rioja Alta, with an average age of 15 to 20 years, the wine is the result of a careful production process. Harvesting is done manually, and the grapes are kept in a cold chamber for 36 hours before processing on the sorting table, starting the harvest in early October. The must is fermented and macerated in small French oak vats, receiving gentle pump-overs during 20 days at controlled temperatures. Ultimately, the wine is aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels, plus a minimum of 6 months in bottle. Visually, it presents a bright cherry color; on the nose, it reveals intense aromas of ripe fresh fruit, spices, licorice, and smoky notes. On the palate, its freshness and elegance are appreciated, with a balanced and persistent finish. Ideal for pairing with Mediterranean dishes, legumes, pasta, and meats. It is recommended to enjoy it between 16 and 18ºC.
