Izadi Crianza is a single-varietal Tempranillo. Manual harvest. After destemming and light crushing, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Finally, malolactic fermentation also takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Aging for 14 months in American oak barrels (73%) and French oak barrels (27%). 20% of the barrels are new and the rest are distributed among different ages up to a total of 4 years.
Izadi Crianza is ideal to accompany pasta with meat sauce, legumes, grilled red meats, stuffed eggplants, meat rice dishes, and cured meats.
It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
