Blanco Nieva is an exceptional white wine produced by Bodegas y Viñedos Nieva, located near Segovia. Meticulously selected from 100% Verdejo grapes, this young wine stands out for its freshness and quality. It comes from old bush vines and trellised vineyards, and its production involves a rigorous process that includes cold maceration, fermentation at 15ºC in stainless steel, and careful aging on the lees.
