600 meters red Sa Forana is a characteristic wine from Menorca, made exclusively from grapes of the Cugullonet Nou estate. This Coupage wine is primarily composed of Ull de llebre, Merlot, and Syrah grapes. The production occurs in stainless steel tanks without barrel aging, while the Merlot and Syrah varieties undergo a short aging in barrels post-fermentation. The history of this wine is closely linked to the Solano Molinos family, who acquired land in San Clemente in 2003, planting 5 hectares of vineyard with different varieties.
