BLANCO D.O. RUEDA
The Verdejo that never fails.
José Pariente is that white wine that has earned a permanent place on tables that know what they're doing. A contemporary classic, made with care and precision, that turns any meal —or any excuse— into a special moment.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, clean and bright. On the nose, high aromatic intensity: white fruits, citrus, and notes of hay and fennel. On the palate it is fresh, tasty, with good acidity, volume, and a slightly bitter finish —a hallmark of good Verdejos—.
Perfect with appetizers, seafood, fish, rice dishes, soft cheeses, and gourmet preserves such as:
Boquerones in vinegar Doña Tomasa
Mussels in mild escabeche
Anchovies from the coast
Inviting friends over and impressing them
Bringing to a dinner and looking like a connoisseur
Gifting without the risk of messing up
Enjoying without getting tired of it
Straw yellow wine, with greenish reflections. Clean, bright.
Intense, fresh. Reminiscences of stone fruits (peach), white fruits (pear), and citrus (lemon). Balsamic background.
Fruity, bitter finish typical of the Verdejo variety. Good structure.
